The tools and your documents

You can create, edit and preview quotations, estimates, proposals, product catalogues and price lists in your browser. Templates and labels are formatting aids. You are responsible for accurate customer details, commercial terms, product descriptions, tax treatment, amounts and the final file. The tool does not verify a transaction or provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

Only upload content and photos you have the right to use. Replace fictional examples before sharing. Do not use the service for impersonation, infringement or unlawful content.

One-time document packs

The exact total is displayed beside download options and before you confirm a payment. A quotation pack covers one saved document, its quotation, estimate and proposal variants, PDF and Word downloads, edits and repeat downloads. A catalogue pack covers one saved catalogue, its price-list variant, PDF and JPG downloads and repeat exports. Starting or duplicating a separate document creates a separate pack. There is no subscription.

Live checkout is processed by Cashfree when enabled. Test mode is labelled and does not transfer real money. If checkout is explicitly in preview mode, the page describes the available free preview exports. A temporary payment error does not establish payment or unlock a paid purchase.

Digital delivery and repeat access

After server verification, use the export controls to save files on your device. PDF delivery uses a browser print preview. No physical item is shipped, no customer message is sent automatically and no document is emailed automatically.

Keep your downloaded files and order reference. Recognition of a purchase depends on the same saved document and the private payment ownership key in this browser. Clearing storage, changing devices or importing a document backup can affect automatic access. A document backup does not transfer the private payment ownership key. Contact support with the order reference before purchasing again if access is lost. Verified purchases have no automatic entitlement expiry.

Published catalogues and enquiries

Publishing is optional and uploads only the selected catalogue snapshot and business contact details. You control its update, expiry and removal using a separate private management key. Anyone with a public link may view it. Product selections prepare a WhatsApp enquiry; they are not confirmed orders, invoices or payments to the seller.

Refunds, data and support

Duplicate successful charges for the same pack and paid downloads that fail and cannot be resolved by support are eligible for a refund after verification. General cancellation or change-of-mind refunds are not available after successful digital delivery. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law. Read the refund policy and privacy notice.
