Privacy, in practical terms.
Documents processed on your device
Certificate recipients and receipt files are processed in your browser. These tools use locally hosted document and OCR libraries. Browser-local drafts and downloaded backups can contain personal or business information. Use a trusted browser and remove local drafts on a shared device.
Private workspace records
Stock and rental ledgers, proof project files, reviewer names and comments, service requests and operational reports are stored on our hosting server outside the public file directory. Access is controlled by a workspace session. Your recovery key restores that access on another device; anyone with it can access the workspace. We store a hash of the recovery key, not the key itself.
Design review links
A private review link grants its holder access to that project's files and review history. Do not share it publicly. The project owner can revoke or replace it. Links expire after 30 days. Reviewer names are supplied by the reviewer; they are not identity verification or a digital signature.
Payments and service operations
Checkout passes your entered mobile number, random workspace/order references and the server-calculated price to Cashfree. We store order status and access entitlement; we do not receive card details. Cashfree processes payment information under its own terms. Website Care receives the domain, contact details and hosting information you submit, and only processes an approved backup source after an access review.
Cookies, measurement and retention
The workspace uses an essential session cookie. No advertising trackers or optional analytics are loaded by this workspace. Security counters temporarily use hashed network addresses. Proof review expiry does not delete the stored project; archived files count toward the storage allowance. Operational logs and payment records may need to be retained for support and applicable obligations. Request a data export or deletion at support@dhebe.com, identifying your workspace reference without emailing the private key.
