What each purchase includes

Dhebe Issue: ₹79 for one saved batch of up to 100 certificate/ID recipients. Dhebe Extract: ₹79 for one saved batch of up to 25 source documents. Repeat exports of that saved batch are included. Start a new batch for a separate purchase.

Dhebe Proof: ₹249 per 30 days, up to 10 active projects, 250 MB storage and 10 MB per file. Dhebe Stock: ₹149 per shop per 30 days, up to 500 SKU variants and 5,000 movements. Dhebe Rentals: ₹349 per shop per 30 days, up to 250 assets and 1,000 bookings. Server checkout confirms the exact total before payment. No automatic renewal or recurring debit is enabled.

Website Care

₹799 per approved site per 30 days. Service starts only after a documented scope/access review and verified payment. Supported file backups are limited to 1 GB with seven daily copies, one monthly restore check/report and 30 minutes of minor fixes per period. Requests are acknowledged within two business days during Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm IST. New features, redesigns, database coverage, compromised-site recovery, third-party fees and emergency support require a separate agreement. Unused fix time does not roll over.

Delivery and expiry

A confirmed Cashfree payment unlocks the purchased product in your workspace. Check the payment status before paying again if checkout is interrupted. Keep your workspace recovery file and order reference. After a monthly plan expires, existing saved records remain readable/exportable; new changes require a manual renewal. Archive and backup your records regularly. Expired review links cannot be used.

Review before using an output

Check names, layouts, receipt totals, tax treatment, stock movements and rental terms before relying on an output. OCR can misread values. Tools do not provide tax advice, certify an issuer's authority, authenticate a reviewer's identity or guarantee legal enforceability. Issue certificates and use uploaded artwork only when you have the rights and authority to do so.

Payment issues and refunds

Contact support@dhebe.com with the order and workspace references if a duplicate charge, confirmed payment without access or an undelivered service occurs. We investigate against provider records and resolve access or eligible refunds. Refund requests are reviewed before any decision; no blanket waiver of applicable consumer rights is intended. Never send passwords, card details or your recovery key by email.
