  • Availability checks every 15 minutes after the monitor is activated.
  • Daily file backup for an approved source, up to 1 GB; 7 daily copies retained.
  • One monthly isolated file-restore check and a written status report.
  • Up to 30 minutes of minor text, styling or configuration fixes each period.
  • Requests acknowledged within two business days, Monday–Friday, 10 am–6 pm IST.

Scope review comes first. Database backups, new features, redesigns, compromised-site recovery, third-party fees and emergency/on-call support are outside this plan unless separately agreed.

There is no automatic debit, guaranteed uptime or promise that every hosting stack can be supported. We confirm access, backup coverage and activation before you pay.

Actual monitoring run times and responses, completed backup records, the result of a restore check, and work performed against the fix allowance. A missed run or an unsupported backup is shown explicitly.
