Manage the full equipment cycle
- Add your equipment. Give each equipment type a code, quantity and daily rate. Track chairs, tables, lighting or other event equipment as separate stock types.
- Check dates before reserving. Enter collection and return dates to check capacity against overlapping reservations. Collection and return days both count, using India Standard Time.
- Record the physical handover. A confirmed booking is not the same as equipment leaving the shop. Record handover explicitly and keep notes with the reservation.
- Log each return. Record a full or partial return, including damaged units. Put repaired units back into service only after recording the repair.
See the effect of an overlap
If you have 100 chairs and 60 are reserved for an overlapping date, the remaining capacity is 40 before other commitments or repairs. A booking for 50 more cannot be accepted as available.
Because dates are inclusive, equipment returning on a date still occupies that date. Adjust the reservation dates to match the actual collection and return arrangement.
Keep overdue and damaged units visible
Outstanding overdue equipment stays unavailable until its return is recorded. Returned damaged units stay separate from usable stock until a repair entry returns them to service.
If damage leaves an earlier reservation short of usable equipment, the workspace flags the conflict for your review. It does not silently change the recorded return or arrange replacement equipment.
Connect a reservation to its quotation
Use the same event reference and customer for multiple equipment lines. Download the event's quotation text or line-item CSV and use it with Business Docs to prepare the final quotation.
Each reservation keeps the rate agreed when it was created. Changing an equipment rate later does not rewrite that booking. Equipment totals exclude tax, delivery, deposits and damage charges; add those terms deliberately in your final quotation.
The workspace records operations. It does not collect rental payments, send automatic customer reminders or settle deposits.
Plan limits and private records
The ₹349 plan covers one shop for 30 days, with up to 250 equipment types and 1,000 reservations. Renew manually when needed; there is no automatic debit. Existing records remain readable and exportable after expiry, while new changes require renewal.
Customer details, reservations and condition notes are saved in your private workspace. Keep the workspace recovery key safe to restore access on another browser. Download a separate full backup for the equipment and booking history; restoring it replaces the rental workspace after confirmation.
Read the workspace privacy details and plan, delivery and refund terms before purchase.
Make the next booking easier to check.
Start with your actual usable equipment count and your confirmed reservations, then keep handovers and returns current.
