Reservations & returns

Overdue units remain unavailable for future reservations until you record their return.

Return repaired units to service

Only returned damaged units can be put back into service. This keeps usable stock separate from repair work.

Quotation handover

Use the line-item CSV with Business Docs when preparing the final quotation. Equipment totals exclude tax, delivery, deposits and damage charges.

Backup, recovery & activity history

Keep a backup before replacing data. It includes customers, reservations, returns and repairs. Use a private location.
