From your catalogue to an accurate opening balance

  1. Import or add products. Reuse SKUs and variants from a Business Docs catalogue, or use CSV to add your products. Each SKU and variant is a separate stock entry.
  2. Count what you have. Imported products start at zero. Record a stock receipt or an explained opening adjustment to establish the actual quantity on hand.
  3. Record changes when they happen. Add a receipt for new stock, confirm a completed sale, record a customer return or explain a count adjustment. A quotation or enquiry does not reduce stock.
  4. Review and export. Filter the inventory to see low-stock items and download the inventory or full movement history as CSV.

Keep variants separate

A blue 250 ml mug and a white 350 ml mug can share a product name while keeping separate SKU/variant balances and reorder thresholds. The ledger records whole units and rejects a movement that would make a balance negative.

A sample CSV is available inside the workspace. Imports are limited to 2 MB; existing SKU and variant pairs are skipped rather than duplicated.

Reorder from your own threshold

Set the level at which each item needs attention. The inventory highlights low-stock items so you can review them before placing a supplier order.

This is an on-screen reorder list. It does not place orders, forecast demand, send automatic messages or connect to a point-of-sale system.

Follow the history behind a number

Each movement keeps its type, quantity change, reference and note. If a count is wrong, add an explained adjustment; historical movements are not deleted. The screen shows the latest 100 movements, while the full audit CSV includes every recorded movement.

For example, receive 20 units, record a confirmed sale of 3 and a return of 1: the balance becomes 18. A customer asking for a quotation leaves that balance unchanged.

Plan limits, access and backups

The plan covers up to 500 SKU/variant entries and 5,000 stock movements for one workspace. The ₹149 purchase lasts 30 days; renewal is a separate choice with no automatic debit. Existing records remain readable and exportable after expiry; saving new changes requires renewal.

Stock records are saved privately on our server. Download your workspace recovery key to regain access on another browser, and keep it private. A separate stock backup preserves products and movement history. Restoring a backup replaces the stock workspace after confirmation.
